Glowing Mineral Water Cocktail FTW
Celery juice, lemon water, matcha lattes- oh my! When it comes to a morning drink, what do you pick? My go-to answer always is hydration. (I squealed when we added the hydration boost to our repertoire of additives!) Even if you *don’t think * you’re dry, you probably are. Dryness shows in fine lines and wrinkles, patchy or flaky skin and even somethings we reallllyyyy want to avoid like halitosis and constipation. Needless to say- glug, glug, glug! Start off your morning on the right foot with the ultra-hydrating Mineral Water Cocktail featuring 3 ingredients I bet you already have on hand.
The OG-MWC features of our favorites-Pink Himalayan Salt, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Water. Yup-that easy!
First thing’s first-make your Sole Water. It’s the process of adding Himalayan salt to a jar until it’s about a quarter of the way full. Fill the rest with water and let the jar sit for 12–24 hours. The idea is the salt puts minerals in the water that allow for absorption and hydration.
Your sole water is your reserve.
The mixture of sole water and ACV allows for the balancing of ions, better digestion, balancing blood sugar, and kicking bad bacteria’s a$$. Basically what I’m trying to say is-Yum.
Mineral Water Cocktail
1Tbsp Sole Water
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Pour all the ingredients into your favorite glass and drink like the glowing hydrated goddess you are.
